I say that the EOS is probably the best and most comfortable interiors I’ve known within the VW line up. You can feel the luxury when you climb at the driver and front seat. You will be welcomed by the Audi quality leather seats, wood panel trim, attractive leather-wrapped steering wheel and chrome accents all over.

Climbing on the back seats, these are barely functional. With the top down, you’ll have unlimited headroom, and within two hours you’ll lose all feeling and circulation in your feet. Cargo and luggage space with the top down is very limited, unless you have no backseat passengers. Always remember that this is a hardtop convertible we’re talking about here.

With its size, only a few people will appreciate the seating capacity. But if you are a type of person that likes to sport a top down cabbie and appreciates head turns cruising down the highways of Houston, Texas, the EOS would definitely give you satisfaction. One of the major engine features of the EOS is the 2.0 liter turbo engine which originated from the 1.8 liter engine that Volkswagen has been making variations for decades. Volkswagen had come a long way in producing a vehicle that is more structurally sound and has a smoother engine. I was able to test drive a 2009 VW Jetta and I can say that this one is better as compared from the same model 4-8 years ago. I also give it my highest commendation to the engine performance. With 5 cylinders, it gives a smooth and adequate acceleration that is responsive to throttle inputs and displaces at 2.5 liters. I was somehow surprised by the interior noise, but found out that it’s a big resonating box while moving on the road.

The Jetta SportsWagen has an amazing utility value. The second row seat cushions have the ability to lift and pivot forward for a deeper floor for tall passengers. And if you remove the seat cushions, the setbacks can pivot completely forward to provide a flat loading floor. Its 6 speed transmission called Tiptronic gives a smooth shift and drops to the right gears during hard acceleration. I really had a great time driving around Houston, Texas with the new Jetta Sports Wagen. I know that this is yet to be released locally, but one thing that I assure you, this worth a purchase. I just drove home a VW EOS and really am flattered with the updates that I got for it. Our car is equipped with Park Distance Control - a sonar system that gives warning to the driver when a backup collision is inevitable. Now you might think that this kind of feature is reserved for low visibility SUVs, and not for a compact convertible. The reason for getting the PDC is that during retracts of the top, the trunk might jut out and the mechanic says it can go to about two feet behind the car. So If you’re parked within close range of the PDC, your trunk is might get crunched. Kind of, makes me wonder why it’s only an option and not a standard feature.

The EOS sports a combination of old and new designs. Its headlights, grille and taillights are essential as that of VW, while the overall body sculpting is completely fresh. Remove the EOS badge, and some might think it’s an Audi. One thing I appreciate the most are the panel gaps in the hood. Although these are evenly planted, the size of these always seems to draw our eyes there first.

I bought my Volkswagen EOS here in Houston, Texas for an agreeable price of $30,000. Other car dealer sells it for $40,000 but that is questionable. I don’t agree in paying that huge extra amount to get all the features that I mentioned. All it takes is a bargainable knowledge and options that you definitely need. But through all of the changes, and latest most current hot hatch releases, the Volkswagen GTI has remained the basis of fun, fast and reliable car.

It is actually made to compete with all-wheel-drive compacts and represents a more capable version of the GTI. The R32 represents a 3.2 liter displacement of the normally aspirated VR6 engine. As far as I know, only 5000 units were made and you are lucky to be able to buy one. No doubt, the R32 is the best car purchase I can think of. At first, even until now, I am still amazed with its refined driving experience. The R32 has the same 3.2 liter power engine, pretty much similar to the Haldex-based all-wheel-drive system and most of the interior appointments are comparable to the new Audi TT. This car from Volkswagen deserves a thumbs up. I also recommend that with such luxurious car, match it with an affordable insurance to make sure that you are covered for any untoward incident. I also own a VW R32 which I got during my first 4 months of stay in Houston, Texas. I can tell you that the VW R32 has the most amazing interiors so far. I have never been contented with what the inner part of this great car has offered me. According to my nephew who is really mad about Volkswagen, the R32 is the torch bearer for Volkswagen hot hatch. It has a long list of accouterments which includes a dual zone climate control, heated seats, and rain sensing wipers. Plus, as an added feature, it has a 10 speaker audio system which comes perfect for direct i-Pod integration. Should the R32 being offered to you is not yet redesigned or its internal parts and accessories not yet replaced, the leather seats should have the R32 logos which are also soft and supple like. The padded door panels and aluminum trims also give a luxurious car appearance. It also has a wide interior space even for a 3-door type. I can tell that since mine is a 3 door but the 4 door has even better legroom for backseat passengers.

Being usually compared to its adversaries, the R32 looks more mature and grown up. There are almost minimal differences between the GTI and the R32. Well, probably the most distinct are the gorgeous twin tail pipes out the rear center and multi spoke rims, which is very much different from the GTI. Even more subtle would be the blue painted brake calipers and the R32 badging. I can say that the R32 is a best buy when it comes to Volkswagen.
